Embracing It

I broke out the down vest on Sunday, it was cold enough that I could see my breath on our way out to get coffee. I bought a bag of apples yesterday to make pie and I keep thinking about Thanksgiving. I want to knit, make soup, and watch movies all the time. And the thought of summer coming to an end isn’t making me sad anymore. The beauty of fall has won me over. I’m almost looking forward to starting the wood stove for the first time. That cozy, tucked in feeling of being inside and getting things done is appealing to me.

Hey look, pictures! My dad was nice enough to loan me his camera for the week so I could take photos of some new jewelry for my Etsy shop. I couldn’t resist taking some pretty fall pictures, too. Aahh… fall.
